고객 정보 보호 조치 현황
– 잔여 예약 110만명 中 안내 후 교체 방문하지 않은 고객(교체 유보 고객) 제외한 실 잔여 예약 고객 46만명, 19일 모두 교체 완료 예정
– 내일(20일)부터 고객이 원하는 날짜와 시각 지정하는 새로운 신청 페이지 운영
· 기존 예약 페이지(https://care.tworld.co.kr/usim)를 개편해 운영
· 교체 방문 원하는 지역 매장과 날짜, 시각을 1시간 단위로 선택해 신청
· 신청 고객에게 안내 문자(MMS) 발송해 교체 일정 상세 확인 가능
· 기존 예약 고객 중 미 교체 고객은 신청 매장 방문 시 교체 가능하도록 지원
– 6월 340만개, 7월 500만개 등 충분한 유심 재고 확보해 향후 차질 없이 교체 진행
