SK Telecom (NYSE: SKM, hereinafter referred to as \u201cSKT\u201d) announced today that it will showcase its full-stack AI capabilities across AI infrastructure, models and services at MWC Barcelona 2026 (MWC26), the world\u2019s largest connectivity event for the mobile and telecommunications industry, taking place from March 2\u20135, 2026 in Barcelona, Spain.<\/p>\n

Under the theme of \u201cAI for Infinite Possibilities,\u201d SKT and its partners will showcase how telecommunications enhance AI technologies and how AI is transforming telecommunications.<\/p>\n

Exhibition of AI Infrastructure: AIDC Expertise and Network & Marketing Evolution<\/h2>\n

At the SKT exhibition booth, visitors will be able to explore in detail SKT\u2019s core AI infrastructure technologies, including its accumulated expertise in AI data centers (AIDCs), as well as network AI and marketing AI.<\/p>\n

SKT will showcase the AIDC Infrastructure Manager, an intelligent platform that integrates diverse data generated across AIDCs into a unified system, enabling real-time monitoring and efficient, stable operations.<\/p>\n

The company will also display its integrated GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) solution, which integrates SKT\u2019s high-performance, high-efficiency cloud platform \u2018Petasus AI Cloud,\u2019 the GPU resource optimization solution \u2018AI Cloud Manager,\u2019 and the real-time monitoring system
\n\u2018GAIA.\u2019<\/p>\n

In addition, SKT will introduce its next-generation solution \u2018AI Inference Factory,\u2019 designed for an AI market shifting from training-centric to inference-driven computing. The solution integrates equipment, computing infrastructure and software into a single offering, addressing cost, power and memory constraints of conventional AIDCs.<\/p>\n

The company will present the evolution of telecommunications networks and marketing in the AI era.<\/p>\n

In the network domain, SKT will showcase innovations such as AI agents designed for network operations; AI-RAN technology that delivers both telecommunications and AI services simultaneously; on-device AI\u2013based antenna optimization; and integrated sensing and communications technology that collects environmental data through radio signals \u2014 offering a preview of the future of autonomous networks and the path toward 6G.<\/p>\n

In the marketing domain, SKT will showcase agentic AI services and supporting platforms designed to enhance customer experience and drive operational innovation.<\/p>\n

Live Demonstration of its AI Foundation Model \u2018A.X K1\u2019 and Physical AI<\/h2>\n

The booth will also feature SKT\u2019s advanced AI models and services, demonstrating the full breadth of the company\u2019s technological capabilities.<\/p>\n

Through an on-site live demonstration, SKT will present A.X K1, Korea\u2019s first hyperscale AI model with 519 billion parameters, which advanced to Phase 2 of the government-led Sovereign AI Foundation Model Project in January 2026. Visitors will also be able to explore models released as open source under SKT\u2019s AI language model brand A.X.<\/p>\n

SKT will introduce AI services designed to serve as the brain, senses and eyes of physical AI.<\/p>\n

These include the Digital Twin Platform, which precisely replicates real-world environments to support physical AI\u2019s decision-making and planning; the Robot Training Platform, which connects virtual environments with real-world sites to help physical AI learn the sensory capabilities it needs; and the high-performance vision solution \u2018SynapsEgo,\u2019 which provides advanced analysis of first-person, on-site video footage.<\/p>\n

The exhibition will also feature a broad portfolio of SKT\u2019s AI-powered services, including the AI call service A. phone (A-DoT phone), the AI voice recording and documentation service A.<\/p>\n

note (A-DoT note), and the AI-based behavioral recognition care service CareVia. Visitors will also be able to see the AI Property Screening System (AIPS) currently deployed by SK hynix, as well as SK Intellix\u2019s AI wellness robot NAMUHX.
\nA dedicated area within the exhibition space will also be set up to introduce SKT\u2019s AI governance framework, \u201cT.H.E. AI (by Telco, for Humanity, with Ethics AI),\u201d designed to address global AI regulations and changes in the technology landscape.<\/p>\n

Four leading Korean AI innovators collaborating with SKT \u2014 Rebellions, MangoBoost, SelectStar and StudioLab \u2014 will also be featured at the booth.<\/p>\n

Collaboration with global telecom operators, AIDC providers and startups<\/h2>\n

At MWC26, SKT will actively explore collaboration with global industry leaders, leveraging its full-stack AI capabilities spanning the entire AI value chain. The company will place particular focus on collaboration in AIDCs, drawing on expertise from the Ulsan AIDC and the Haein GPU cluster, and in AI models following its advancement to Phase 2 of Korea\u2019s Sovereign AI
\nFoundation Model project.<\/p>\n

Jung Jai-hun, CEO of SK Telecom, and other executives will engage in a series of meetings with key stakeholders, including global telecommunications operators, AIDC providers and startups.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, SKT will support Korean startups participating in MWC26 by operating a dedicated startup exhibition area and providing support to help attract global investment.<\/p>\n
